All orders placed and paid for by 2pm (CET), Monday to Friday, are handed over to our shipping partner the same working day. This ensures your goods are delivered as quickly as possible.
By default, we ship all parcels with DPD – with free standard delivery within Germany. If preferred, you can choose delivery with DHL for a small service charge. This option allows you to select a DHL Parcelshop or Post Office branch for convenient collection.
Yes, we offer DHL EXPRESS for time-critical shipments. For orders placed and paid for by 2pm (CET), Monday to Friday, we guarantee delivery by noon on the next working day (Mon–Fri). As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time and see when your parcel is due to arrive.

Yes. When selecting DHL shipping, you can easily enter an alternative delivery address or choose a DHL Parcelshop or Post Office branch for collection. For DPD shipments, you can select a preferred parcel shop after dispatch via the DPD app or website.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a notification card. You can then arrange a redelivery or collect your parcel from a nearby parcel shop.
“Ready for immediate dispatch” means the item is in stock and available for shipment straight away. If you place your order on a working day (Mon–Fri) by 2pm (CET) and payment is received in time, your parcel will be handed over to the courier the same day. This ensures exceptionally fast delivery and a reliable order process.
Yes, of course. You are welcome to collect your order from our premises in Troisdorf by prior arrangement.
