The LASERGUIDE PRECISION forklift camera set has been developed specifically for professional warehouse and logistics environments where millimetre-accurate positioning, maximum safety and top efficiency are essential. The combination of a 1080P Full HD wireless camera, integrated laser positioning line and completely wireless operation enables precise fork entry into pallets – even with high shelving, limited visibility or demanding handling areas.

The camera is attached magnetically directly to the inside of the fork tine and delivers an optimal view of the fork tips. Thanks to stable 2.4 GHz digital wireless transmission with a range of up to 100 metres, the image remains reliable and low-interference even in large halls or outdoor areas. The system is ready for immediate use, automatically calibrated and designed for tough industrial day-to-day work – robust, efficient and uncompromisingly precise.

The integrated laser line marks the relevant insertion height right in the working zone, so you can immediately see whether the fork tines are correctly aligned as you approach the pallet. Combined with the direct view of the fork tips, insertion becomes more controlled: fewer corrections, fewer re-approach moves, and a much lower risk of mis-insertion that can damage pallets, goods, or racking. The camera is mounted on the side of a fork tine so the laser stays at fork height and remains a practical guide across lifts.
Accuracy that protects goods and racking.
The camera is mounted magnetically on the side of a fork tine, ideally on the inner side, so you get a direct view of the fork tips and the laser line operates exactly where insertion happens. In practice: keep the contact surface clean so the magnet holds securely and the camera does not shift under vibration or fast manoeuvres. Position it so the fork tips are clearly visible on screen and the laser guide is not blocked by attachments.
Fast mounting, immediate operational benefit.
In the factory delivery state, the camera automatically calibrates with the monitor as soon as both are powered, and the image appears without extra setup. If you need to re-pair or assign the camera to another channel, pairing is done via the monitor: disconnect camera power and ensure it is fully off, select the desired single view on the monitor, start the pairing function in the menu, then re-power the camera within the 30-second countdown. The camera is then assigned to that channel.
Ready fast, reliable in daily use.
The system operates in the 2.4 GHz range and is designed for up to 100 metres of transmission distance. For stable performance, position the monitor and camera so they are not unnecessarily shielded during daily work, and ensure reliable power to all components. In metal-heavy environments and changing forklift positions, correct placement helps keep a consistent live view when picking pallets or working at racking.
Warehouse range designed for real operations.
The monitor can be powered via the power bank, via the cigarette lighter plug, or permanently via ignition power. For a fixed installation, connect the monitor to the main cable, then connect the black wire to ground and the red ACC wire to a switched ignition source in the 12–32 V range. Make sure the connectors are aligned correctly (arrows facing each other) and secure the connection with the safety screw so nothing loosens in forklift operation.
A power setup built for professional fleets.
The camera has an integrated battery that enables up to 6 hours of operation. You can also connect it to the battery-powered wireless transmitter/receiver unit, extending runtime by another 18 hours for up to 24 hours of continuous operation. Permanent ignition-power supply is technically possible but not recommended because it can significantly shorten the lifespan of the integrated Li-ion battery. If permanent power is essential, use the connection cable: black to ground, red to a DC 12–32 V source.
Smart runtime for long shifts.
The power bank switches on by holding the side button for 3 seconds and switches off with another 3-second press; a short press during operation shows battery level via the status LEDs, and a blinking red LED indicates low charge. The mobile wireless receiver can also be activated by holding its front button for 3 seconds, or alternatively via the included remote; the LED shows charge status and blinking red indicates low battery. To fully power off the camera, disconnect it from its power source first, then press and hold the rear button for 5 seconds.
Simple control for daily reliability.
The 7-inch monitor provides detailed 1080p HD viewing, multi-screen modes, a zoom function, and adjustable distance/orientation guidelines. It also supports loop recording when you insert a Class 10 SD card up to 128 GB and format it via the menu; it records in a loop and creates a new file every minute. For day-to-day clarity: menu functions can only be opened in the respective full-screen view, and settings like image, mirroring, or guidelines apply only to the currently selected camera in full-screen mode.
