Is the VSG24 TRAVELLER 7-inch monitor suitable for motorhomes, vans and cars?

Yes. With a 12–32 V input, it typically fits cars (12 V) and many vans/motorhomes (12/24 V), giving you a dependable reversing view when manoeuvring.

How do I install the monitor (mount + adhesive pad)?

It comes with a standard bracket and an adhesive pad, so you can position it where it’s stable and easy to see. A vibration-free mounting spot helps keep the image readable and your parking routine calm and controlled.

Which camera connectors are compatible (4-PIN or RCA/Cinch)?

The TRAVELLER is designed for 4-PIN camera connections and includes an RCA/Cinch adapter cable, allowing connection of cameras with RCA output as well.

Can I connect two cameras (rear + front/side)?

Yes. The monitor has two AV inputs, ideal for adding a second camera (front or side) for more confidence around the vehicle.

What image quality can I expect from an analogue reversing system?

It’s built for analogue video signals and supports PAL/NTSC. You get a clear, practical image for reversing. The stated resolution refers to the screen panel, while real-world sharpness depends on your camera, signal standard and wiring.

How do I enable the parking guidelines and when are they shown?

The guidelines must be enabled in the menu. The reversing camera is connected to channel 2. When the channel 2 trigger (e.g., reverse gear) is activated, the monitor switches to the reverse view and adds the guidelines on channel 2 — helping you judge distance while manoeuvring.

Does the monitor switch on automatically with reverse gear (trigger function)?

Yes. Using the trigger function, the screen can activate when reverse is engaged, so you don’t have to switch manually.

What should I check if I get “No signal” or a black | Blue screen?

Start with the basics: camera power, ground, and secure connectors (4-pin / RCA adapter). Confirm the camera is on the correct AV IN 1/2 input.
